What a fun day! I can’t wait for the chance to run another triathlon. It is definitely something that everyone should try to do. Every time I finish an event like this I am amazed at how great it feels and how I don’t want it to be over. Wahoo!

i am so amazed by the splendor i have seen. how is it possible that i lived so near you for so long and didn’t catch on. i knew i should have signed up to be a cheering fan when you and sue marathoned.

wow! I have to say that picture of you and jakey is definitely the best part. That is so sweet. i know the simple blessing of children, especially when you have a moment like that. cool. way to go Jar! I am so proud of you. I sure miss you guys.
